Internship
What is internship?
Being an intern at Central is a fantastic opportunity to explore and practice your leadership gifting. It is a season to be developed in leadership, learning how to lead yourself and others in the vision God has given to this family of churches.
Through our internship programme we hope that you will grow in character, confidence in your identity, biblical understanding and missional vision for your life.
Internships at Central are offered on a part-time, unpaid basis.
Areas
Our intern is focussed around core leadership development, with the opportunity for placements in different areas of church life, which include:
Worship, Gatherings, Prayer & Prophecy, Kids, Youth, Students, Young Adults, Comms & Media, Operations, Creative, Communities, Care (Soul Food, Clothesbank+, CAP etc), Refugees
What we offer
Training
A personal programme of reading and study will be agreed with your line manager and additional training conferences will be identified throughout the year.
Supervision
Interns will work under the day to day supervision of a staff member, and will have regular reviews during the year. They will meet weekly with the staff team and from time to time they will have opportunity for intern training with a member of the senior team.
